I studied Art at the Ulster Polytechnic and Loughborough College of Art and Design.

After college I moved to London and exhibited work in The Young Unknowns Gallery a number of times and then became involved with L.I.V.I.A. Art Group and exhibited with them in a number of venues, museums and galleries in London.

In the late nineties I returned to Ireland and eventually joined the N.A.A.C. Art Group, now known as Shore Collective, and have exhibited extensively with them.

To summarise my work, which I have exhibited in England, France and Ireland, it has explored horror, the suspended moment of impact in a violent or destructive action, the sense of displacement a large city can generate and at present I find myself reflecting back to images from my childhood and Cowboys seem to loom large.
